Role Overview
Boche Homes is seeking an accomplished and result\-oriented professional to lead its Projects \& Infrastructure Development function. The role will be responsible for driving the planning, development, execution, and delivery of large\-scale real estate, infrastructure, commercial, and mixed\-use projects. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership across land development, construction management, infrastructure execution, leasing support, stakeholder coordination, and project governance while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and profitability.
The position demands a seasoned leader capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with consultants, contractors, government authorities, investors, and internal stakeholders to successfully execute landmark developments.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Leadership
- Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of real estate and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
- Establish project priorities, milestones, resource allocation plans, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive operational excellence across all project activities while ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
Land Development \& Infrastructure Planning
- Oversee land development activities including site evaluation, feasibility assessments, master planning coordination, and infrastructure planning.
- Ensure the successful execution of roads, drainage systems, water supply, electrical networks, sewage systems, landscaping, and associated infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with architects, planners, consultants, and engineering teams during project development stages.
- Monitor infrastructure readiness to support commercial and residential developments.
Construction Management
- Lead all phases of construction activities ensuring adherence to approved plans, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, project managers, and site teams.
- Ensure effective project monitoring, progress reviews, and timely resolution of execution challenges.
- Drive construction productivity, cost control initiatives, and risk mitigation measures.
- Establish robust quality assurance and quality control practices across projects.
Project Execution \& Coordination
- Manage end\-to\-end project lifecycle including approvals, procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure seamless coordination among internal departments, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Review project schedules regularly and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Develop project reporting systems and provide periodic updates to senior management.
Commercial \& Leasing Development Support
- Collaborate with business development and leasing teams to ensure commercial viability of projects.
- Support planning and execution of leasing strategies for commercial developments.
- Coordinate tenant requirements during project execution and fit\-out phases.
- Assist in creating infrastructure and facilities that enhance project marketability and long\-term value.
Financial \& Budget Management
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow projections, and capital expenditure plans.
- Ensure effective cost management throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Monitor contractor billing, project expenditures, and financial performance metrics.
Regulatory Compliance \& Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, approvals, permits, environmental standards, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, utility agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Maintain adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, government authorities, investors, clients, and business partners.
- Represent the organization in project\-related meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
- Drive collaboration among cross\-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Team Leadership \& Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop project, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
- Establish a high\-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive workforce planning and capability development initiatives within the projects function.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree / MBA in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate Management, or related field will be preferred.
