About the Role
We're looking for an experienced **Channel Development Manager** to lead franchise operations for our B2C business. You'll be the key link between the company and our franchise partners — driving performance, ensuring brand consistency, and helping franchisees grow profitably. This is a senior, on\-site role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship management, and operational rigor.
What You'll Do
- **Identify and scout new franchise opportunities across different territories/areas — site selection, feasibility, and partner evaluation**
- **Lead end\-to\-end onboarding of new franchisees: launch readiness, training, and initial ramp\-up**
- Manage day\-to\-day relationships with franchise partners across your assigned territory, acting as their primary point of contact
- Monitor franchise performance against sales, quality, and compliance targets; identify gaps and drive corrective action plans
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operating procedures, and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews; prepare reports for senior leadership
- Resolve escalations and operational issues quickly, balancing franchisee needs with company standards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to roll out new programs, promotions, and systems to the franchise network
- Track and report on franchise P\&L health, royalty collections, and compliance metrics
Ideal Background

What We're Looking For
- 5\+ years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, or multi\-unit business operations
- Proven track record managing partner/franchisee relationships and driving performance improvements
- Strong business acumen — comfortable reading P\&Ls and translating numbers into action plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits within the assigned region
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with franchise management or CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; MBA is a plus
