Customer Support Executive — Urban Bazar

About the Role

We're looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to be the friendly, reliable voice of our B2C app. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them resolve issues, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves them with a positive impression of our brand. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in customer service who's eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via app chat, email, and phone in a timely, professional manner
  • Troubleshoot app\-related issues (login, payments, orders, bookings, etc.) and guide customers to a resolution
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the right internal team and follow up until closed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system/CRM
  • Track recurring issues and share feedback with Product/Operations teams to help improve the app experience
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Assist with onboarding new customers — explaining app features and answering setup questions
  • Support ad\-hoc customer outreach (surveys, feedback calls, follow\-ups) as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 0\-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or a similar customer\-facing role (freshers welcome)
  • Clear, friendly communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Patience and a problem\-solving mindset when dealing with frustrated or confused customers
  • Comfortable using smartphones/apps and picking up new software tools quickly
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with helpdesk or CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required
  • Graduate in any discipline preferred
