Status Realty LLP is looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Channel Partner \& Lead Relationship Executive for a premium residential project in Baner.
This role is focused on maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, nurturing customer enquiries, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in improving conversions.
We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent follow\-up skills, and can help keep leads and channel partners actively engaged.
- Follow up with customer enquiries and maintain regular communication
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers
- Share inventory updates, offers, and project information
- Schedule and manage site visits
- Maintain lead tracking and follow\-up records
- Reactivate inactive leads and broker relationships
- Coordinate with internal sales and CRM teams
- Handle WhatsApp and phone communication professionally

- Experienced candidates preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
- Strong follow\-up and coordination ability
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality
- Comfortable speaking with clients and channel partners daily
- Experience in customer relations, sales coordination, hospitality, counselling, CRM, insurance, real estate, or telecalling preferred
