Job Description

Develop and manage channel partners across assigned territories.
Drive sales of IT hardware, software licensing, cybersecurity, and networking solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through partner networks and direct customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, OEMs, and distributors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Coordinate with internal sales, pre\-sales, technical, and operations teams for successful project execution.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions with customers.
Conduct regular customer and partner visits to strengthen business relationships.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
**2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales, IT Sales, Hardware Sales, Software Licensing, or Enterprise Solutions.**
Good understanding of IT hardware, networking, cybersecurity, and software licensing business.
Experience working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management and account management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a target\-oriented environment.
