Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Field Officer – Sales (FOS) to drive on\-ground sales of our networking products including routers, switches, access points, and related IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through direct visits, managing partner/channel relationships, and ensuring brand visibility across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers such as IT dealers, system integrators, retailers, and small/medium enterprises.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of networking solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key channel partners and resellers.

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide pre\- and post\-sales support including installation coordination and basic technical assistance.

Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Submit daily visit reports and update CRM with customer interaction details.

Participate in local marketing campaigns, roadshows, and training programs.

Coordinate with internal teams for stock, pricing, and order fulfillment.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in IT Networking/IT Hardware sectors.

Basic understanding of networking products and technologies (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle field pressure.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc./B.Com./BBA preferred), technical certifications (like CCNA) are an advantage. (preferred)

Proficiency in local language and basic Hindi \& English.
