Yadasutra Ayurveda is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Channel Sales Manager to drive sales growth across assigned channels and branches.
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for branch\-wise sales coordination, achieving channel sales targets, monitoring marketing activities, and managing the telesales team. This role requires regular branch visits, client meetings, and close coordination with internal departments to ensure consistent business growth and strong channel relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Channel Management
- Coordinate sales activities across assigned branches and channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for services and products.
- Monitor branch\-wise sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key clients.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners and business opportunities.
Marketing Coordination
- Monitor the execution and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional activities.
- Track campaign results and ensure leads are effectively followed up.
Telesales Team Management
- Supervise the telesales team and monitor daily calling activities.
- Track lead conversion ratios and team productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to improve sales conversions.
Reporting \& MIS
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and present performance updates to management.
Branch \& Client Visits
- Visit branches regularly to review operations and sales performance.
- Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure branch teams are aligned with business goals and sales targets.
Cross\-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and customer service teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer onboarding.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
Pay: ₹36,511\.21 \- ₹40,898\.08 per month
