Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: \-
- Oversee the day\-to\-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Manage and ensure compliance with IND AS, tax regulations, RERA compliance and internal controls.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision\-making.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have \-Technical (T) and Non\-Technical (NT):\-
- Knowledge of IND AS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
