Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) to join our Accounts \& Finance team in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, auditing, and day\-to\-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review books of accounts and financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
• Support internal and statutory audit activities.
• Review invoices, purchase and sales transactions, expenses, and accounting entries.
• Assist in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and outstanding balances.
• Assist in export\-import\-related accounting and documentation, wherever required.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Maintain proper financial records and statutory documentation.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
• Perform other accounting and finance responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Practical knowledge of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax, auditing, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or other accounting software.
• Exposure to manufacturing, trading, export\-import, or logistics businesses will be an advantage.

Salary

Salary up to ₹60,000 per month, depending on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and suitability.
