Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to join a reputed manufacturing organisation as a **Finance \& Accounts Controller**. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance and accounting operations within a manufacturing company, along with expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, taxation, banking and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end accounting operations and monthly financial closing.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements, MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and customer credit limits.
• Manage GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Handle inventory valuation, stock audits and reconciliation across locations.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, loan renewals, financing arrangements and CMA data preparation.
• Verify purchase and store invoices and manage import payment documentation.
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits, tax assessments and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely vendor payments, collections and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead the finance and accounts team and coordinate with the external CFO.

Requirements

• Must be a **Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)**.
• Prior experience in a **manufacturing organisation is mandatory**.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Hands\-on experience in cash flow, working capital and banking operations.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, stock audits and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving and team management skills.
• Ability to independently manage finance and accounting operations.
