We are looking for a CA who would be responsible for auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and advisory services. Their primary work involves verifying financial records (audits), filing taxes, managing company accounts, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, often serving as trust advisors to businesses
- **Financial Accounting \& Reporting :** Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit \& loss accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- **Auditing :** Conduct internal and external audits to verify financial accuracy and detect fraud or mismanagement.
- **Taxation :** Handle income tax, GST, corporate tax planning, filing returns, and ensuring legal compliance.
- **Financial Analysis \& Advisory :** Analyze financial data, identify trends, and advise businesses on improving profitability and efficiency.
- **Budgeting \& Forecasting :** Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
- **Compliance \& Legal Matters :** Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws
