- *Shift:** Rotational Shifts \- Starts from 04:30pm \& should be open for Night shift (**Two\-way cab facility available**)

- *Role \& responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries via **chat support** in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information related to **billing, charges, invoices, and payment issues**
- Resolve discrepancies in invoices and billing errors
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- Any graduate Or PUC dropouts can be processed
- 0 \- 2 years of experience in **chat support / customer service**
- Strong written communication skills (grammar, clarity, tone)
- Basic understanding of **billing processes and telecom/network concepts**
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Assessment \- Passing score 60%
- Ops Interview \- Manager Interview call (Virtual)
- Assessment Technical \- 55% Passing score
- Typing Test \- F2F at office Passing score 30% speed
