Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a customer\-focused and proactive Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling customer queries through chat platforms and should possess excellent written communication skills. The role requires quick problem\-solving abilities, professionalism, and the capability to provide a seamless customer experience in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Meet response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
• Good problem\-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, ticketing systems, and customer support software.
• Strong customer\-centric approach and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
