Here is the JD \- Agent Profile (Tier 1 Support)
1\. Experience: 2\+ years in customer support, dispatch, or logistics, with prior chat support experience strongly preferred.
2\. English Proficiency: B2 (Upper Intermediate) CEFR level or higher. Strong written communication is non\-negotiable given the SMS and chat\-based nature of the role.
3\. Tech Proficiency: Must be comfortable using multiple tools simultaneously, including Twilio Flex, Zendesk, Slack, Google Maps, and internal admin dashboards.
4\. Typing Speed: Minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy.
5\. Multitasking: Ability to manage three or more active chats simultaneously without loss of quality.
6\. Emotional Intelligence: Must be able to remain calm and de\-escalate tense situations involving frustrated customers or stressed drivers.
7\. Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
