• Handle customer queries through chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Update customer information and interaction details in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
