Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• *Job Summary**

Seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's overall business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a business in the interior design, fit\-out, construction, architecture, or allied industries, with strong expertise in business strategy, financial management, sales growth, and organizational leadership. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company's long\-term vision, strengthening its market position, building a high\-performing leadership team, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Business Strategy \& Growth

• Develop and implement short\-term and long\-term business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, geographical expansion opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Establish annual business plans, revenue targets, profitability goals, and performance benchmarks.
• Drive business expansion and strengthen the company's competitive position.

2\. Financial Management \& Profitability

• Take overall responsibility for business revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Monitor budgets, operating costs, project margins, and working capital.
• Review financial reports and implement measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate financial controls and accountability across departments.

3\. Sales \& Business Development

• Lead the development of sales strategies for residential, commercial, hospitality, and other relevant interior projects.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, consultants, and channel partners.
• Monitor sales pipelines, order bookings, conversion rates, and revenue realization.
• Drive strategic client acquisition and key account management.

4\. Operational Excellence

• Oversee sales, design, procurement, production, project execution, installation, and customer service functions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Improve coordination between design, production, project management, finance, and customer relations teams.
• Establish systems for operational reporting, risk management, and process improvement.

5\. Leadership \& Organizational Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team.
• Establish clear KPIs, accountability structures, and performance review systems.
• Build a performance\-oriented and customer\-focused organizational culture.
• Ensure effective talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a rrelated field.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
• Approximately 12–18\+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience in business leadership within interior fit\-out, modular interiors, construction, architecture, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P\&L, lead cross\-functional teams, and deliver sustainable business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, analytical ability, and strategic decision\-making capability.
