Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Chartered Accountant (Preferred) / MBA Finance / CMA
• 5–10 years relevant experience in manufacturing / pharma / chemical SME sector
• Exposure to SME IPO process or listed\-company compliance preferred
• Strong knowledge of Accounts, Audit, Banking and Statutory Compliance
• Hands\-on approach with high integrity and documentation discipline
• Good communication and coordination skills

Candidates having practical exposure to banking, audit coordination and SME compliance

systems will be preferred.
