• *Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a strategic and experienced CFO with strong expertise in corporate finance, fundraising, investor relations, and IPO planning and execution. The candidate will lead the company's financial strategy, manage fundraising activities, and prepare the organisation for future growth and public listing.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and financial management.
• Drive fundraising activities, including equity funding, venture capital, private equity, and institutional investments.
• Manage investor relations, investor presentations, financial projections, and due diligence.
• Lead IPO planning, readiness, structuring, and execution.
• Coordinate with merchant bankers, investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory consultants.
• Ensure financial statements, governance, internal controls, and compliance are IPO\-ready.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and capital allocation.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, GST, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop financial models, business valuations, MIS, and board\-level financial reports.
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation discussions, and negotiations with investors.
• Build and lead the finance, accounts, and compliance teams.
• Work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategic business decisions.

• *Required Min Experience:** 8\+ Years in Finance \& Corporate Finance.

• *Mandatory Expertise:**

• Proven experience in fundraising and closing investment deals.
• Strong exposure to IPO planning, IPO readiness, and listing processes.
• Experience working with VC/PE funds, investors, and investment bankers.
• Expertise in corporate finance, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and capital markets.

• *Qualification:** CA / MBA Finance (CA Preferred).

• *Location:** Gurgaon
• *Salary:** Competitive, based on experience.

• *Ideal Person:** A senior finance leader with a proven track record in fundraising, investor management, corporate restructuring, and IPO execution.

Pay: ₹5,000,000\.00 \- ₹6,000,000\.00 per year
