About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic finance leader to establish and lead the finance function for a large multispeciality healthcare facility during its pre\-opening, commissioning, and operational phases. The role will be responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, revenue cycle management, treasury, statutory compliance, internal controls, MIS reporting, and financial governance while supporting sustainable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning \& Strategy

• Develop annual budgets, long\-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare financial models based on occupancy, OPD/IPD volumes, specialty services, and staffing plans.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze profitability across specialties, departments, and service lines.

Treasury \& Cash Flow Management

• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Monitor working capital and optimize cash utilization.
• Maintain banking relationships and oversee funding requirements.
• Establish financial controls for payments, deposits, refunds, and cash handling.

Revenue Cycle Management

• Oversee patient billing, revenue recognition, package pricing, discounts, and refunds.
• Manage insurance, TPA, corporate, and government receivables.
• Drive improvements in claim processing, collections, and denial management.
• Minimize revenue leakage through process controls and monitoring.

Cost Control \& Procurement Governance

• Implement strong financial controls for procurement, inventory, pharmacy, consumables, and equipment purchases.
• Review vendor contracts and commercial proposals.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without affecting patient care quality.
• Establish approval matrices, expense policies, and control mechanisms.

Accounting, Audit \& Compliance

• Ensure accurate accounting, monthly closures, and financial reporting.
• Oversee GST, TDS, direct taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and capitalization processes.

Capital Expenditure Management

• Track project budgets, pre\-opening expenses, and capital expenditure.
• Evaluate business cases and ROI for major investments.
• Monitor committed versus actual spend and report deviations.

MIS \& Systems Management

• Lead implementation and integration of ERP, HMS, billing, payroll, and accounting systems.
• Develop management dashboards covering financial and operational KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliations, and system controls.

Team Leadership

• Build and mentor a high\-performing finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to support business decisions.
• Provide financial insights for pricing, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• **Direct hands\-on finance experience within a hospital or multispeciality healthcare organization is mandatory.**
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, revenue cycle management, receivables, audit, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience leading finance teams and managing end\-to\-end hospital finance operations.
• Strong understanding of TPA billing, insurance claims, collections, and healthcare financial controls.
• Experience in hospital pre\-opening, expansion, commissioning, or turnaround projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹250,000\.00 per month
