We are looking for a highly driven, execution\-focused, and strategic **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to lead and scale operations at E2R DFAC Technologies Pvt Ltd. **The COO will be responsible for overseeing end\-to\-end business operations including cafeteria management, vendor ecosystem, food delivery execution, client servicing, process optimization, expansion, and operational profitability.**
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in food services, facility management, hospitality, B2B operations, or large\-scale vendor management with an entrepreneurial and problem\-solving mindset.
- *The COO will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive growth, improve operational systems, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless execution across multiple locations**.
- *Key Responsibilities Operations \& Execution**
- Lead and manage end\-to\-end operational activities across all business locations.
- Ensure smooth execution of corporate meal programs, cafeteria management, and food service operations.
- Build scalable operational systems and SOPs for pan\-India expansion.
- Monitor daily operational performance, delivery timelines, hygiene standards, and service quality.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across departments.
- *Vendor \& Supply Chain Management**
- Develop and strengthen vendor partnerships and food partner networks.
- Ensure vendor compliance with quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Negotiate commercial terms and improve vendor performance metrics.
- Handle escalations related to vendors, food quality, delivery, and client expectations.
- *Client \& Business Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, Admin teams, HR teams, and Facility Managers.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long\-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Sales \& Business Development teams for onboarding new clients and locations.
- Support strategic business expansion initiatives.
- Build and lead high\-performance operations teams across locations.
- Develop accountability\-driven work culture and execution mindset.
- Mentor department heads and operational managers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and operational audits.
- Work closely with founders on business growth strategy and expansion planning.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions.
- Drive technology adoption, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
- Maintain operational consistency across all locations.
