Senior Subject Matter Expert (Computer Science \& Robotics)**Role Overview**

We are hiring experienced Subject Matter Experts to design high\-quality Computer Science and Robotics content for Grades 1–12\. This is an **in\-person role** focused on building competency\-based, problem\-solving\-driven learning experiences aligned with real\-world applications.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design structured lessons, activities, and assessments for CS \& Robotics
• Develop **problem\-solving\-oriented content** (logic building, decision\-making, real\-world scenarios)
• Create competency\-based questions integrating Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude
• Break down complex topics into simple, student\-friendly explanations (A1–A2 level where needed)
• Lead content planning, review cycles, and quality validation
• Collaborate closely with academic, design, and product teams (in\-office)
• Mentor interns and junior content developers
• Ensure all outputs are textbook\-ready and instructionally strong

• Ability to design **multi\-step logical problems**
• Translate real\-world situations into computational thinking tasks
• Identify learning gaps and create targeted problem sets
• Strong analytical thinking with structured reasoning approach

• *Required Skills \& Expertise**

• Strong foundation in Computer Science (AI, Data, Algorithms, Programming)
• Hands\-on understanding of Robotics (Arduino, sensors, automation basics)
• Experience in curriculum design / textbook development
• Deep understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy and competency\-based education
• Excellent structuring, writing, and content validation skills

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science / IT / related field
• 5\+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with Indian school curriculum
