City Head – Leasing & Marketing

• *A. Job Description:**

This role will manage and direct the daily activities of leasing for the focused region in accordance with the organization policies and standards. Primary responsibility shall include generating leads, initiating client discussions, conduct site visits along with the client, assist in closure of diligences and documentations for leasing, coordination with various departments for leasing, preparing MIS reports and lease administration of the region. The role holder will also monitor competition trends, map new prospect, develop new clients and create opportunities for repeat business and cross selling. Additionally the person is also expected to prepare proposals, update and create presentations, generate MIS reports and assist in monitoring client feedback

The role holder will report to the Regional Head of Leasing.

• *B. Ideal Candidate Profile:**

a. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field

b. Experience: 12\+ years of experience in leasing of commercial real estate

c. Industries: International Property consultants (IPC), Industrial \& Warehousing Real estate developers, real estate team of e\-commerce/3 PL players

d. Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Regional Head of Leasing in day\-to\-day activities including client engagement and management
• Strengthen our relationship with existing/future clients
• Assist the regional head in leasing, from generation of leads to transaction closure
• Meet with potential clients and customers
• Conduct site visits along with the client/IPCs
• Engage with IPC and other regional brokers proactively and build on the networks
• Keep all documentation related to leasing of the site, tenants and IPC, invoices and payment properly logged in
• Ensure that existing leases are renewed in a timely manner
• Ensure that the leasing contracts are issued on time and are vetted by the relevant legal and other departments

Pay: ₹3,000,000\.00 \- ₹5,000,000\.00 per year
