Job Description
**Structural Planning:** Collaborate with structural and civil engineers to evaluate load\-bearing capacities and ensure the long\-term durability of the building.
**Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all blueprints and construction methods align with local zoning laws, building codes, fire regulations, and environmental impact standards.
**Documentation \& Bidding:** Prepare accurate project estimates, material specifications, and comprehensive contract documents for subcontractors and vendors.
**Site Management \& Supervision:** Conduct regular on\-site visits to monitor progress, guarantee adherence to architectural plans, and quickly resolve any unforeseen construction challenges
**Technical Software Proficiency:** Advanced working knowledge of design and drafting tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
**Analytical \& Problem\-Solving Skills:** Strong spatial awareness and a solid foundation in physics, mathematics, and material science.
**Communication:** Ability to negotiate with contractors, present project proposals to stakeholders, and clearly articulate design concepts.
**Education:** A bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Architectural Engineering, alongside relevant state or regional licensure to practice professionally.
Experience: 5 years in designing structural drawings for commercial projects and have good expertise working across various commercial and building projects in India.
