We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably healthcare or institutional infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for execution, supervision, coordination, quality control, and site management activities for hospital construction works.
The role requires strong coordination with architects, MEP teams, vendors, consultants, and project management teams to ensure timely and quality execution of the project.
\* Supervise day\-to\-day civil construction activities at site.
\* Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
\* Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and structural works.
\* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
\* Ensure quality standards and construction safety practices are maintained.
\* Conduct material inspections and workmanship checks.
\* Maintain quality checklists and site inspection records.
\* Coordinate testing of concrete, steel, bricks, and other construction materials.
\* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, HVAC, medical gas, and hospital planning teams.
\* Assist in preparation of work schedules and progress tracking.
\* Ensure site readiness for installation of hospital infrastructure and medical equipment.
\* Verify contractor measurements and bills.
\* Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report) and site documentation.
\* Assist in BOQ verification and quantity estimation.
\* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital construction standards.
\* Monitor housekeeping and safe work practices at project site.
\* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
\* 2–3 years of experience in commercial, institutional, or hospital construction projects.
\* Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site execution.
\* Basic understanding of hospital project requirements is preferred.
\* Ability to read civil and architectural drawings.
\* AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
\* Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and billing.
\* Familiarity with MS Excel and project reporting.
\* Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
\* Strong communication and coordination skills.
\* Ability to handle site workforce and contractors.
\* Problem\-solving attitude and execution\-oriented mindset.
\* Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000\.00 per month
