Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) (Super Tier-1 Institute Candidates Only)

• **Role:** Senior Civil Engineer / Civil Project Engineer
• **Department:** Project Planning \& Site Execution

• **Education:** B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering exclusively from **IITs / NITs / Premium Institutes**
• **Experience:** 2 to 8 years in large\-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects of water projects

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Project Execution \& Site Management**

• **Supervise and orchestrate** end\-to\-end civil construction activities, ranging from deep excavation and foundations to RCC framing, masonry, and high\-end finishing work.
• **Interpret and enforce** complex structural drawings, architectural layouts, and site plans without deviation.
• **Manage on\-site manpower**, subcontractors, and engineering vendors to maintain safe and efficient workspace productivity.

• *2\. Engineering Solutions \& Quality Assurance**

• **Identify complex technical bottlenecks** at the site and formulate optimal structural, geological, or material engineering solutions.
• **Execute structural health monitoring** and advanced engineering processes (like finite element modelling or specialised geotechnical testing) where required.
• **Ensure strictly 100% compliance** with Indian Standard (IS) building codes, safety protocols, and client specifications.

• *3\. Billing, Estimation \& Project Controls**

• **Review architectural and structural drawings** to calculate exact Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material take\-offs.
• **Perform detailed rate analysis**, cost estimation, and robust tracking of variations, claims, and client billing.
• **Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams** including MEP, Pre\-Engineered Building (PEB) design, procurement, and external consultants.

• *Required Candidate ProfileTechnical \& Academic Credentials**

• **Mandatory:** First\-class B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from an **Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)**, **National Institute of Technology (NIT)**, or a similarly reputed premium engineering academy.
• **Preferred Certifications:** Post\-Graduate Diploma or advanced certification in Project Management / Quantity Surveying from **NICMAR** or specialized institutes.
• **Software Skills:** Absolute proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM workflows, MS Excel, and project planning software like MS Project

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
