Engineer

Candidate should have good experience in Buildings Works.

• **Site Supervision \& Execution:** Overseeing daily on\-site work to ensure it aligns with structural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• **Quality Control (QC):** Inspecting materials, conducting QC tests, and checking structural elements (steel reinforcement, concrete, alignment) before approving the next stage of work.
• **Technical Assistance:** Resolving technical difficulties and design discrepancies on site, offering solutions to maintain progress.
• **Material \& Resource Management:** Estimating, procuring, and monitoring the usage of construction materials to minimise waste.
• **Safety \& Compliance:** Enforcing health and safety regulations (PPE usage, site safety checks) to prevent accidents.
• **Documentation \& Reporting:** Maintaining daily site logs, recording measurements, and updating management on project progress.
• **Coordination \& Communication:** Liaising with subcontractors, architects, and structural engineers to ensure a smooth flow of information
