We’re currently looking for a **Civil Engineer** to join our growing studio and support the on\-ground execution of our diverse projects.
- *Job Role \& Responsibilities:**
As a **Civil Engineer**, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and execution by overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with site teams, and facilitating seamless communication between the studio and vendors.
- *Key Responsibilities include:**
- Supervise site execution works to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct site measurements, layout markings, and verify construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and in\-house design team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively on\-site.
- Perform material checks and quality inspections on\-site.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate updates to the design team.
- Troubleshoot execution challenges and suggest practical solutions without compromising design integrity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory norms.
- *Desired Candidate Profile:**
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural/interior site execution.
- Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and finishing techniques.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in site\-related decision\-making.
- Prior experience working with architecture/interior design studios will be preferred.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project reporting tools.
