We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead projects end\-to\-end, from concept to execution. This role requires strong design thinking, technical clarity, and the ability to manage teams and timelines efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead architectural projects from concept development to site execution to completion
• Translate client requirements into thoughtful, practical design solutions
• Prepare and review drawings, working details, and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve on\-site challenges
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
• Guide and mentor junior architects and team members

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant 3D and rendering design tools
• Working knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills
