About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities across our real estate projects in Noida and Moradabad. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, quality assurance, cost control, stakeholder coordination, statutory compliance, and timely project delivery while ensuring adherence to the highest construction standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning \& Execution
- Prepare, review, and implement detailed construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Supervise day\-to\-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
Quality Assurance \& Technical Compliance
- Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable IS Codes, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and material testing before site usage.
- Monitor workmanship quality and minimize defects, rework, and non\-conformities.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and technical records.
Cost \& Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Optimize utilization of labor, machinery, and construction materials.
- Verify contractor measurements, bills, and recommend payments.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
Coordination \& Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site coordination meetings and resolve technical and execution\-related issues.
- Liaise with clients and government authorities for project approvals and clearances.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Safety \& Statutory Compliance
- Implement and enforce site safety standards and procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain safety records and report incidents, accidents, or near misses.
Documentation \& Project Handover
- Maintain updated as\-built drawings, site registers, and project documentation.
- Prepare completion reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
- Ensure smooth project handover to clients and maintenance teams.
- Archive project records, warranties, and technical documents.
Team \& Vendor Management
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Evaluate contractor performance and recommend improvements.
- Support vendor selection and technical evaluation processes.
- Foster a collaborative and performance\-driven work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional certifications in Project Management, QA/QC, or Safety will be an advantage.
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or mixed\-use construction projects.
- Experience handling multiple project sites is preferred.
- Exposure to high\-rise residential and commercial developments will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, IS Codes, and engineering practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Understanding of QA/QC processes and site safety management.
- Strong problem\-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and travel between Noida and Moradabad as required.
