What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging training sessions in Civil Engineering and construction\-related subjects
• Train students in industry\-relevant tools and workflows
• Guide learners through practical assignments, case studies, and project\-based learning
• Help students understand real\-world applications of Quantity Surveying and QA/QC practices
• Develop training materials, assessments, and technical exercises
• Mentor students for career growth and industry opportunities

Technical Requirements

✔ Strong understanding of Civil Engineering fundamentals

✔ AutoCAD – Mandatory

✔ Knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS)

✔ Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation

✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel

✔ PlanSwift knowledge is an advantage

✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Diploma, B.Tech, or BE in Civil Engineering
• Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and presentation skills
• Experienced Faculty, Site Engineers, QS Engineers, or QA/QC Engineers looking to transition into training

• Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• *Additional Benefit:**

Employees working on Sundays will be eligible to avail the equivalent working day as a paid leave within the same month, subject to prior approval and operational requirements.
