Civil Project Engineer – Minimum 8 Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced and technically competent **Civil Project Engineer** with a minimum of **8 years of experience** in the execution and supervision of large\-scale building construction projects, including government, institutional, hospital, and commercial buildings.

The selected candidate will be responsible for site execution, project planning, quality control, resource management, technical coordination, and ensuring timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and monitor productivity.
• Verify BOQ quantities, prepare measurements, and assist in running account bills, rate analysis, and revised estimates.
• Plan material requirements, manpower deployment, equipment utilisation, and procurement schedules.
• Monitor material consumption, labour productivity, wastage, and project costs.
• Ensure quality control, material testing, site inspections, and compliance with applicable IS standards.
• Identify construction delays, maintain hindrance records, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction quality standards.
• Coordinate with MEP contractors to ensure smooth execution of civil and MEP activities.
• Maintain site documentation, inspection records, measurements, and project reports.

Qualification \& Experience

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of RCC structures, foundation works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in independently managing site execution and supervising construction teams.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and rate analysis.
• Experience in government / KIIFB / PWD / institutional projects will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling software.
• Good communication, technical coordination, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Capable of independently handling major construction activities and site execution.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical construction experience.
• Ability to manage manpower, materials, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently.
• Good understanding of project planning, quality control, cost management, and construction safety.
• Ability to achieve project targets within stipulated time and budget.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 per month
