Civil Project Manager – Minimum 10 Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Civil Project Manager** with a minimum of **10 years of experience** in managing large\-scale building construction projects, including government, institutional, hospital, and commercial buildings.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, monitoring, quality control, cost management, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution from commencement to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programmes, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, labour productivity, and cost control.
• Handle BOQ verification, quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis, and revised estimates.
• Manage procurement planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Identify project delays, maintain hindrance records, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
• Conduct progress review meetings and submit regular reports to management.

Qualification \& Experience

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Proven experience in independently managing large\-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, MEP coordination, and construction methodology.
• Experience in government / KIIFB / PWD / institutional projects will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.

• Capable of independently handling multiple project activities.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical site execution experience.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and team management abilities.
• Ability to complete projects within stipulated time, budget, and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 per month
