Job Summary The role involves complete project management work for civil projects.
1\. Lead day\-to\-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, project timelines, and safety standards. 2\. Manage and monitor civil \& electrical works at site including RCC structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, painting, flooring, and all electrical and services works. 3\. Coordinate with internal project teams, client, contractors, and vendors for effective project planning, execution, and resource allocation. 4\. Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower deployment plans, and material requirements to ensure timely completion of works. 5\. Ensure strict quality control at site and compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and statutory regulations. 6\. Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, construction details, and project documents for smooth site execution. 7\. Monitor subcontractors and labour teams to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety protocols. 8\. Maintain accurate project documentation including daily progress reports, labour reports, material consumption records, site instructions, and measurement records. 9\. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for inspections, approvals, and project\-related communications. 10\. Should be willing to travel for outstation project works
1\. B. Tech in Civil engineering 2\. Effective written and verbal communication skills \- English \& Hindi 3\. Experience of over 10 years of project management in a civil construction company 4\. Should have worked in a government project preferably CPWD
