Civil Site Engineer – 2 to 4 Years Experience – Kerala

• *JOB SUMMARY**

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day\-to\-day construction activities at project sites across Kerala. The role involves ensuring work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The candidate should have strong site supervision skills, effective coordination abilities, and a proactive approach towards timely project completion.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.

· Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment efficiently.

· Maintain site quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

· Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Head Office for smooth project execution.

· Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), measurements, and other site records.

· Identify and report site issues, delays, and resource requirements proactively.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality.

• *QUALIFICATION**

· B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· 2–4 years of experience in construction site execution preferred.

· Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.

• *TECHNICAL SKILLS \& COMPETENCIES**

· Strong knowledge of construction site supervision and execution.

· Ability to interpret and execute approved drawings and specifications.

· Good communication and coordination skills with labour, subcontractors, and project teams.

· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

· Proactive, responsible, and solution\-oriented approach.

· Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam.
