- Good knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Basic knowledge of billing, measurements, and quantity estimation
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem\-solving ability and attention to detail
- Willingness to work full\-time at the construction site
