• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a Civil Diploma professional with 1–2 years of experience in site management and execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day\-to\-day site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards at the site.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report project updates.
• Assist in material planning, stock monitoring, and resource utilization.
• Resolve site\-related issues and support smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of construction practices and site supervision.
• Understanding of civil drawings and project execution.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle site workforce and contractors.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in site management/site supervision.
• Must own a **two\-wheeler (Bike)** and possess a valid driving license for local site travel.
• Willingness to travel within the Chhatarpur area as required.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000\.00 per month
