• *About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled and proactive \*\*Mid\-Level Civil Engineer\*\* to manage and coordinate civil construction activities from planning through execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that site work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• *\#\#\# Key Responsibilities**

\*\*Site Execution \& Supervision\*\*

\* Supervise day\-to\-day civil construction and finishing activities at site.

\* Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

\* Monitor workmanship, materials, dimensions, levels, and construction quality.

\* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.

\* Identify site issues and provide practical solutions in coordination with the design team.

• *\*\*Drawings \& Technical Coordination\*\***

\* Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

\* Coordinate drawings and identify discrepancies or clashes before execution.

\* Prepare and review shop drawings, detail drawings, and as\-built drawings.

\* Take site measurements and verify executed work against drawings.

\*\*BOQ, Billing \& Quantity Management\*\*

\* Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take\-offs, and material requirements.

\* Check contractor measurements and running bills.

\* Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

\* Assist in rate analysis, quotations, and vendor comparisons.

• *\*\*Project Management\*\***

\* Track project progress against planned timelines.

\* Coordinate daily and weekly site activities.

\* Prepare site progress reports and highlight delays or critical issues.

\* Ensure proper sequencing of civil, architectural, and MEP works.

\* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

• *\*\*Quality \& Safety\*\***

\* Ensure construction follows specified quality standards and project specifications.

\* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality checklists.

\* Ensure proper construction practices and safety procedures are followed.

\* Identify defects and coordinate timely rectification

• *Required Skills \& Knowledge**

\* Strong knowledge of \*\*civil construction and finishing works\*\*.

\* Good understanding of \*\*RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, and external works\*\*.

\* Good knowledge of \*\*AutoCAD\*\* and ability to read technical drawings.

\* Working knowledge of \*\*MS Excel, Word, and project documentation\*\*.

\* Understanding of \*\*BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and rate analysis\*\*.

\* Good understanding of construction materials and methods.

\* Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and vendors.

\* Strong site supervision and problem\-solving skills.

\* Good communication and documentation skills.

\*\*Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering\*\* from a recognized institution.

\#\#\# Preferred Experience

\* 3–6 years of relevant experience in \*\*residential, commercial, hospitality, farmhouse, interior fit\-out, or high\-end construction projects\*\*.

\* Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients will be an advantage.

\* Candidates with strong site execution and coordination experience are preferred.
