Civil Surveyor

• **Field Surveys:** Conducting topographic, boundary, and construction surveys to determine precise 3D locations, angles, and distances.
• **Data Analysis \& Mapping:** Using CAD software, GIS, and data from surveying instruments to create accurate site plans and maps.
• **Construction Support:** Setting out construction stakes, marking boundaries, and ensuring construction activities comply with design blueprints.
• **Reporting:** Preparing detailed reports on findings, including site conditions, property lines, and potential risks.
• **Equipment Management:** Operating and maintaining high\-precision equipment, including total stations, GNSS, and drones.
• **Collaboration:** Working with project managers, architects, and government agencies to ensure project timelines and regulations are met
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, and GIS software.
• **Math Skills:** Proficient in trigonometry and advanced mathematics for calculations.
• **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy in data collection and reporting.
• **Licensure:** Often requires licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor
• Good English communication
• Able to speak Hindi and English would be advantage
