Claims Officer

• *Job Description: Claims Inward Executive (Off Role)**

The Claims Inward Executive will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and logging incoming claims documents accurately in the system. This role ensures proper claim registration and supports downstream processing teams by maintaining data integrity and TAT adherence.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Claims Registration \& Data Entry**

• Receive physical/digital claim documents from hospitals/customers/partners
• Verify completeness of claim documents before registration
• Accurately enter claim details into the system
• Generate claim numbers and maintain records

• *2\. Document Verification**

• Check documents against standard checklist (policy copy, bills, reports, ID, etc.)
• Identify missing or incorrect documents
• Highlight discrepancies for further action

• *3\. Coordination**

• Coordinate with internal teams (Claims Processing, Pre\-auth, Customer Service)
• Follow up for pending or incomplete documentation
• Support escalation handling when required

• *4\. TAT \& Quality Compliance**

• Ensure claims are logged within defined timelines
• Maintain accuracy and minimise data entry errors
• Adhere to company SOPs and compliance guidelines

• *5\. Record Management**

• Maintain proper filing (physical/digital) of documents
• Ensure audit readiness of claim files

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years experience
• Prior experience in insurance/TPA/healthcare operations is an advantage

• *Skills Required**

• Basic understanding of health insurance claims (preferred)
• Good data entry speed and accuracy
• Basic MS Excel / system handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
