Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results\-driven **Client Acquisition Executive** to spearhead our firm’s business development and growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building high\-value professional relationships, and converting leads into long\-term corporate and individual clients.
The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of consultative sales expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of professional services marketing. You will act as the frontline ambassador of our firm, aligning our comprehensive legal capabilities with the evolving needs of prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities1\. Lead Generation \& Market Expansion
- Identify, research, and map prospective corporate and individual clients across target industries.
- Initiate outbound contact strategies (cold outreach, networking, and professional platforms like LinkedIn) to engage key decision\-makers, including C\-suite executives, general counsel, and business owners.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify emerging sectors requiring specialized legal counsel.
2\. Relationship Management \& Networking
- Represent the law firm at industry conferences, seminars, chamber of commerce events, and professional associations.
- Cultivate a robust referral network of non\-competing professionals (accountants, financial advisors, consultants, and corporate secretarial firms).
- Maintain and nurture a healthy pipeline of prospects through consistent, value\-added follow\-ups.
3\. Consultative Pitching \& Conversion
- Conduct initial discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' businesses, pain points, and legal vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate closely with practice group leads and partners to draft tailored legal service proposals, pitch decks, and engagement letters.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of newly acquired clients to the respective legal teams, ensuring clear onboarding communications.
4\. CRM \& Reporting
- Maintain meticulous records of all leads, interactions, and pipeline stages within the firm’s CRM system.
- Provide regular, data\-driven reports to management regarding conversion rates, acquisition costs, and market feedback.
Qualifications \& Skills
- **Experience:** 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or client acquisition—ideally within a law firm, professional services firm (accounting/consulting), or B2B corporate environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A degree in Law (LL.B.) or a foundational understanding of corporate/commercial law is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to articulate complex legal capabilities in an accessible, business\-centric manner is crucial.
- **Sales Acumen:** Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/acquisition targets.
- **Ethics \& Discretion:** Strict adherence to professional ethics and legal regulatory compliance regarding client solicitation and marketing. High emotional intelligence and absolute discretion are required.
