Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive / BDE

Job Summary
We are is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long\-term business relationships. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's client base by promoting our recruitment, staffing, BPO bulk hiring, and HR solutions across various industries.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with decision\-makers.
Acquire new clients for IT, Non\-IT, Healthcare, BPO, Manufacturing, and other hiring requirements.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams for successful closures.
Negotiate service charges, commercial terms, and business percentages with clients.
Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Coordinate and ensure timely signing of contracts and business agreements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert them into active clients.
Maintain reports of leads, meetings, client interactions, and business closures.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Required Skills

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Confidence in handling client discussions and presentations.
Target\-oriented and self\-driven attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Email communication.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Fresher to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Telecalling, or Recruitment Sales.
Prior B2B sales experience will be an added advantage.
