Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
\- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
\- Post and manage job openings across job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
\- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
\- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
\- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
\- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
\- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication.
\- Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, and support offer closures.
\- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
\- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's employer brand.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
\- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
\- Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
\- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
