1\. Operations Delivery (Core Ownership)
- Collate, review, and process vendor invoices across multiple markets and clients
- Validate invoice accuracy against usage reports and in line with work statement and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Track invoice status and ensure timely approvals and payments in coordination with COE and accounts payable team.
- Manage Purchase orders \- top\-up, creation of new POs, etc.
- Maintain accurate financial records to support cost tracking and reporting
2\. Reporting \& Analytics (Core Ownership)
- Compile timely, accurate and impactful internal and external reporting monthly or ad\-hoc reporting.
- Maintain and update reporting datasets (cost, revenue, utilization, margins, etc.)
- Manage and enhance BI dashboards for internal reporting purposes.
- Perform data validation checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
3\. Stakeholder Management \& Collaboration
- Reporting to: Implementation Services / Benefits Operations Lead
- Key Stakeholders:
- Operations COE, Accounts payable, Sourcing
- Market teams across APAC
- External vendors and clients
- Assist in resolving client escalations through data analysis and issue tracking
- Liaise with vendors on invoicing, service delivery, and operational queries
- Support discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve operational queries
- Support broader Implementation Services initiatives and process improvement efforts

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 to7 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 to7 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- What you will need:
- Experience working with vendors and suppliers; including compiling work statements.
- Experience of Invoice processing in multiple currencies, credit notes and working knowledge of Ariba or any other equivalent tool.
- Basic understanding of Profit \& Loss reporting – Expense, Revenue, Margin calculation, Multi currency reporting \- FX rate conversion, Forecasting and Business planning cycle, etc.
- Maintaining standard operating process documentation
- Expert user of Microsoft office tools, especially MS Excel and Power Point
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- 5\+ years of professional experience
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative and flexible style; able to work effectively in a matrixed organization; manage internal \& external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across a regional team.
- Excellent detail orientation \& analytical skills, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in work product
