About the Role
We are a **global organization** operating across multiple markets and time zones, and we are seeking a highly motivated **Client Engagement \& Operations Coordinator** to join our remote team.
This role combines **outbound telephone outreach (cold and warm calls)**, **customer relationship management**, and **operations management**. As communication is central to our success, you will play a critical role in representing the company to prospects and clients worldwide while ensuring internal operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- *Telephone Outreach \& Sales Engagement**
- Conduct **cold calls and outbound outreach** to prospective clients across global markets
- Clearly communicate the company’s services and value proposition
- Qualify leads, book meetings, and drive new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow\-ups within CRM systems
- Work towards individual and team targets with **uncapped commission potential**
- Serve as a key point of contact for existing international clients
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer requests across different time zones
- Build strong, long\-term client relationships through clear, professional communication
- Handle customer queries, updates, and issue resolution efficiently and empathetically
- Support daily business operations in a fully **remote environment**
- Coordinate internal workflows, schedules, and communications
- Maintain and update operational systems, databases, and documentation
- Assist with reporting, tracking performance metrics, and operational planning
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** (essential for a global role)
- Confidence and resilience when handling **cold calls and outbound sales activity**
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Customer\-focused, proactive, and results\-driven
- Experience using CRM, sales, or operations tools is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer management, or operations is an advantage
