Client Outreach Officer - Calling Agent Work from Home

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN HOME WI\-FI OR BROADBAND. A mobile hotspot is not enough. 3\. YOU MUST NOT BE STUDYING. No college, no university, no distance course, no online course, no part\-time degree. This is a full\-time job of 48 hours a week and it cannot be fitted around classes. 4\. THE SHIFT STARTS AT 4:00 AM IST. This is not flexible and there is no evening or night option. If you cannot start at 4:00 AM, six days a week, do not apply.** Applications that do not meet all four are rejected without a call. ABOUT THE ROLE Your job is to call those businesses and find the ones who need training now. You work from your own home. WHAT YOU WILL DO \-Cold Calling. \- Get past the receptionist to the person who decides on staff training. \- Find out how many staff they have, what training they need, and when their certificates expire. \- Log every call and hand the lead to our team. \- Spend the last part of each day preparing tomorrow's call list. HOURS \- CHECK THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING \- Monday to Friday: 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM IST \- Saturday: 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM IST \- Sunday off \- 8 hours worked per day plus a 30 minute break \- 48 hours a week, six days a week WHAT WE PROVIDE \- Four weeks of paid training before you are expected to hit any target \- A calling system \- Company email, CRM access and prepared call lists \- Everything except your computer and your internet WHAT YOU NEED \- Your own laptop or desktop, your own Wi\-Fi, and a wired headset with a microphone. \- A quiet room with a door that closes. \- The temperament to be hung up on and dial the next number. \- Outbound calling, telecalling or BPO experience is an advantage. It is not essential \- we train.

Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
