Client Relationship Executive

• **Customer Relationship Management (Finance)***

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and professional CRM Executive to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will act as the vital link between our financial experts and our clients, ensuring a seamless experience for investors, policyholders, or account holders. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, addressing client queries regarding financial products, and driving customer retention while strictly adhering to financial compliance and data security standards.

• **Roles \& Responsibilities:***

• *Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries related to financial products, account statuses, and transaction updates.

• *Lead \& Lifecycle Follow\-up:** Proactively engage with leads and existing clients regarding renewals, investment updates, EMI schedules, and pending document submissions (e.g., KYC documents) via calls, emails, and secure messaging.

• *Data Management \& Compliance:** Accurately maintain and update sensitive customer data within the CRM system, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy laws and regulatory compliance standards.

• *Cross\-Functional Coordination:** Collaborate seamlessly with wealth managers, loan officers, and backend support teams to expedite application processing, fund disbursements, or account onboarding.

• *Grievance Resolution:** Ensure the timely, empathetic, and accurate resolution of financial discrepancies, payment failures, or account\-related complaints, adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• *Reporting \& Analytics:** Generate detailed daily and weekly reports on customer interactions, follow\-up statuses, pipeline conversions, and overall client satisfaction metrics.

• *Customer Retention:** Maintain strong ongoing relationships to maximize client retention and identify opportunities to educate clients on additional financial services or portfolio upgrades.

• **Required Skills \& Competencies***

• *Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor suitable for interacting with financial clients.

• *Technical Proficiency:** Hands\-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Zoho, HubSpot) and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• *Industry Knowledge:** Solid understanding of financial terminology, banking processes, investment products, or insurance procedures.

• *Attention to Detail:** High accuracy in data entry and a deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality and financial data security.

• *Problem\-Solving**: A proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple client tasks simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Qualifications Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA Finance), Economics, or a related field.

• *Experience:** 1–3 years of proven experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer success. Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is highly preferred

Pay: ₹9,644\.78 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
