### **Job Overview**
We are looking for a Client Relationship Management Analyst with experience in Commercial Banking and Trade Finance Operations. The role involves managing client mandates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with cross\-functional teams, and delivering exceptional client service while maintaining operational excellence.
### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **Client \& Stakeholder Management**
- Act as primary contact for mandate\-related client queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on mandate processing status.
- Manage aging cases and ensure prompt resolution of escalations.
#### **Operations \& Service Delivery**
- Process new mandates, amendments, renewals, and removals within defined SLAs.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor operational KPIs and service metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
#### **Risk \& Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Support audit reviews and compliance assessments.
- Maintain risk registers and track remediation actions.
- Participate in RCSA and control review activities.
#### **Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
- Drive process efficiency initiatives to improve turnaround times.
- Support system enhancements, migrations, and transformation projects.
- Prepare business impact assessments and post\-implementation reviews.
### **Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Banking Operations, or Client Servicing.
- Strong understanding of banking documentation and mandate governance.
- Experience managing operational risk and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
