Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused **Client Relationship Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow\-ups professionally.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales is preferred.
