Job Description

As a **Client Services Coordinator** you will serve as the primary bridge between us and our clients. This role requires a high\-level communicator who can maintain operational excellence , constant communication and feedback, all while actively expanding our professional network.

*Responsibilities**

**Operational Liaison:** Act as the central point of the company among multiple contacts across multiple regions
**Network Expansion:** Proactively **establish new connections** with healthcare providers, diagnostic centers, and specialist doctors to grow the company's service footprint.
**Quality Assurance:** Monitor service turnaround times (TAT) and intervene to resolve any technical or logistical delays.
**Account Management:** Conduct regular check\-ins with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and address any service\-related concerns.
**Onboarding:** Manage the integration process for new clients, ensuring their staff is trained on our reporting platforms and protocols.

*Requirements \& Qualifications**

**Exceptional English Proficiency:** Must possess an **extremely strong base in English** (both written and verbal). You will be communicating complex logistical and medical\-administrative information to high\-level stakeholders. **Your English language knowledge will be a key factor and is required.**
**Professional Communication:** Ability to maintain a polished, authoritative, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
**Problem\-Solving:** Strong critical thinking skills to navigate the fast\-paced environment of urgent diagnostics care.
**Technical Literacy:** Proficiency in using CRM software, cloud\-based medical platforms, and standard office suites.

*Preferred (Optional) Skills**

**Sales Acumen:** Experience in lead generation, "cold" outreach, or medical sales is a significant plus.
**Negotiation:** Ability to discuss service level agreements (SLAs) and partnership terms with potential collaborators.
**Healthcare Background:** Prior experience in a diagnostic lab, hospital administration, or telehealth environment is beneficial but not required.
