We seek an experienced, detail\-oriented, results\-driven, and customer\-focused **Client Services Manager** with an **Amazon advertising background**, to join our team. In this role at **Intentwise**, you will collaborate with current and prospective clients to accelerate the growth of their advertising business across various e\-commerce platforms. **What You’ll Do?*** Manage and grow client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with client business goals and growth objectives.
- Oversee campaign performance across Amazon Advertising products and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with clients.
- Analyze account performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, issue resolution, and delivery of client objectives.
- Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, new features, and industry best practices to provide proactive guidance.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, marketplace expansion, and additional service adoption while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- *What We’re Looking For?*** **5\+ years of hands\-on experience** managing Amazon Advertising accounts and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC \& Amazon advertising best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of key Amazon metrics and concepts, search term analysis, ranking strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and time\-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative, customer\-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships, understand client goals, and work effectively across cross\-functional teams.
- *Qualifications:** A Bachelor's degree is a must. **Good to Have :*** Exposure to multiple marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA, etc.) and other retail media platforms.
- Experience with other advertising and analytics platforms such as Helium 10 or similar tools.
- Background working in an agency environment or supporting high\-growth eCommerce brands.
